  • Vital Interests: We may disclose Your Data where we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, enforce or take action regarding potential violations of our Terms of Use or terms of sale and other agreements, including for billing and collection purposes, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person and illegal activities, or as evidence in litigation in which we are involved.

More specifically, we may need to process or share Your Data in the following situations:

You may see iHello Card banners or ads when you are on other websites and apps..   • Business Partners. We may share Your Data with our business partners to offer you certain products, services or promotions.

We may, in our sole discretion, translate this Privacy Policy into other languages for your convenience, nevertheless, the English version governs your relationship with iHello Card and any inconsistencies among the different versions will be resolved in favor of the English version.
